Pairing square reader

While trying to pair my new wireless square reader to my lg phone.  It fails and says to disable developer options.  Can i get help with this. Thanks

First make sure your LG Phone is on the compatiablity list.

Thend turn off Developer option. Settings/developer options/ toggle off.
