Our customer display still thinks there is a chip card inserted. We've tried powering down
How do we fix this issue? Our customer display wont allow us to accept payments; it thinks there is still a chip card inserted??
We've checked connections, powered down

@dqcfive You may try factory resetting your register.
- In the upper left hand corner, tap Configure Device.
- Tap General > About Register.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Factory Reset > Confirm Factory Reset.
- Tap Reset one last time and the countdown will begin and your Register will reset.
But I also recommend reading the "Best Answer" on this post for additional help!

We have tried all of these fixes and nothing is working. Anyone else fix this?
