Online store pickup time is wrong

Hi there - I'm having an issue with our new online store.  Our store is hosting pickup hours only two days a week, Wednesday and Saturdays from 10 to 12 noon.  These are the hours I entered into the store hours in the pickup/delivery section of the online store setup.  But customers are getting the message that "your order will be ready for pickup Saturday AFTER 12 noon."  I cannot figure out how to change this. Please someone help!  Thank you so much.

Hi there, @roughdraftny. From what you've described here, it sounds like something is off within your pickup settings, especially since you mentioned that multiple customers have gotten this message.

 

If you haven't already, I'd recommend heading over to take a look at your Settings, then Delivery & Pickup. Once here, you'll click the Edit location settings button to pop out your options. You may want to go ahead and double check the hours that you have set here, including making sure that your AM and PM markers look alright. The Order prep time setting is another good place to double-check while you're here!

 

If everything looks correct, could you please share the link to your online store so we can take a look?

I'm having the same problem -- We are a nonprofit chapter of Audubon and we are trying to get preorders for one sale day. I have corrected the places mentioned in this thread, and everything shows up fine on the site until you get to the shopping cart. Then it has the wrong date for pickup. It would create a huge problem to have people show up a week early thinking they could pick up their products. Please see what I'm talking about at jayhawk-audubon.square.site -- Put something in the cart, then click on the cart to see the message I'm referencing.

Hey @JayhawkAudubon - Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. I'm happy to replicate the issue to make sure it's not an account-specific problem. I was able to take a look at your website here. I see multiple donation buttons, however, I'm not sure what sale you are referring to. Can you please send me the URL address to the specific page with the dates you wish the website would reflect?

I sell items for customer pickup.  The store is set up with a specific pickup start and end time every Saturday.  When customers check out, their cart and receipt instructs them to pick up one week from the next Saturday instead of on the next Saturday.  How can I correct the pickup date in the cart and on the receipt?  Also, the cart and receipt instruct the customer to pick up anytime after the start time.  I need it to tell the customer to pick up between the start and end times that I specified.  How?  Thanks.  The way it is now is creating a lot of confusion with the customers and extra work for me.

Hello @farmstand! Take a look at @Valentina's suggestions mentioned here. It seems like there are some times that need to be adjusted in your location settings.

 

This article also provides screenshots and the step by step instructions on how to edit your pickup information. Hopefully it helps, but please come back and let us know if your hours are still off after checking those settings.
