Online orders not downloading

I am unable to download online orders. The download runs and generates the email with a download link, however when I click on the link no download is generated. This has not been an issue before. Please advise.

The problem seems to be happening only on a Chromebook. I was able to download the orders on a Mac. The Mac is using a Chrome browser.
