No Facebook or Instagram Integration for my Weekly site

I am not able to connect my site to my fb and instagram account for going on 2 months now. Everything got jacked when you guys 'upgraded' earlier this year. I'm really hoping for a quick solution because of right now the site is useless. cafecesura.com

Have you had a chance to reach out to our team directly in the past 2 months, @spnick?

That would be my first recommendation, if you've followed the steps outlined here and aren't having success. Our team can take a closer look at your Square account then we are able to hear, and we'll be better able to troubleshoot this issue with you. If you aren't sure how to reach out by phone or email, you'll simply login to your Square account and head to this page.

I've been ignored by square support for 2 months and the issue has not been resolved, please escalate it and look into the issue further, currently the site is of no use for selling on social channels at all

Square is aware that is an active issue for a lot of us and instead of resolving it, I was tossed around and blocked from messaging and calling in. What is the solution to connect my Square site to my Facebook when I'm getting this screen? square.jpg
