Online Square Dashboard not Loading

I keep getting the message of "oh no, something went wrong.  It looks like we are experiencing some problems on our end"

 

I tried to go to live help to get support and it says it refuses to connect.

We did experience a brief issue with Balance displaying earlier today. This has now been resolved! You can view the details here on our Status Page.

@cdub2201 Try loading an incognito browser to see if this helps.  Also you can always check: https://www.issquareup.com/ to see if there are any current issues with any systems.

Hello @cdub2201, I am sorry you are having issues accessing your Dashboard. At this time we are currently not seeing any reports of issues. As @Donnie-M mentioned I would try an incognito browser. I also suggest trying these troubleshooting steps. If you continue to have issues please reach out to support. started happening few minutes ago? balance wont load thus cannot do transfer to my bank  please fix it

Hey @elegantlawncare.  It looks like there was a transfers disruption earlier today that is now resolved.  I see this on the Square Status Page.  If you are still having issues, it would be best to get on the phone with the Square support team.

My online dashboard won't load on any computer or any wifi. It will allow me to do just about anything else, but when I click Online to go edit my webpage, I always get the timed out message. Not sure if it's Square or Weebly. It's been happening for a couple days now. Help!

Hello @MIdleman, I am sorry you are having some issues accessing your online Dashboard. To confirm you can log in to squareup.com/dashboard, it is only when you click online that you get the message. Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?

Yes, it only happens when I click online. I can can do pretty much anything else.

I see you mentioned trying different devices and networks. Have you by any chance tried using Google Chrome on an incognito window or clearing all your browsing history?

Can you please let us know the full URL of the website you are trying to edit? Can you also check a different device and internet connection? ex: using mobile data from your phone

I finally got it to work by connecting to my mobile hotspot. I guess since the fall, something has changed within Weebly that our school system doesn't like. That's super frustrating because now I will have to do all the work at home. 😞 Oh well. Thanks for all the help!

I'm glad to hear you were able to access the dashboard finally! 

 

In the past, we’ve heard reports of some antivirus software and school/office firewalls preventing some features from displaying properly. If you have antivirus software installed, try temporarily disabling it and then logging in. You may also need to check with the person in charge of the network firewall if you’re accessing your site from a school/office in order to do this. If this works, they’ll need to add us to the software’s “safe” or “accepted” list. Just in case they need them, our IP ranges are the following:
  • 199.34.228.0/22
  • 74.115.48.0/22
