Not receiving emails for anything (paid invoices, deposits, terminal sales, etc.)
As the title suggests, up to yesterday morning, I would receive an email notification when an invoice was created and again when paid by the customer. I also received notification when a terminal sale was completed, the nightly email recapping daily sales and one when deposits were sent. I haven't received any of these emails in the last 24 hours. I checked my notification settings and they are correct.
Yesterday, I should have received notificatin emails about two new invoices, two in-store terminal payments, and an online invoice payment, plus another recapping the day and the deposit notification. None of those were received.
Anyone know why?

Same thing is happening to me. I sent an email to support. Due to winter storms, they have limited phone support.

Thanks! I sent an email too. We'll see what they say. A little frustrating because a customer called in yesterday to ask a question and I mentioned he had an outstanding invoice due. He had actually paid it the day before but I didn't receive the notification email so I'm asking him to pay a bill that he already paid. Made me look like I don't stay on top of my business, which is never a good look in front of a customer!
