Not receiving email notifications of the last two payments made to my account.

I have been a happy square customer for five years until now. I accept card payments from clients and usually my payments post the following Monday. There are $600 worth of transactions that hasn't posted to my account. Square has not answered their phone nor have they responded to my emails..i will never use them again.this has caused me bank fees and also I've had to ask about ten clients to cancel their transactions and bring cash. I'm currently contacting the bbb as I've recieved no help in this matter. They have claimed that a customer service team member will contact me it has not happened yet!
