My recurring appointments keep disappearing from the calendar

Starting in June of 2021, I'm guessing there was an update? My recurring appointments (I run a beauty salon) disappeared from the calendar - as in the time slot looks empty in the calender view but when I click on the customer's name all of their future recurring appointments are still there, they just don't show up on the calendar.  I have double-booked myself several times because it looks like the spot is empty.  This is embarrassing and unprofessional, to have to contact customers and let them know there was a glitch in the scheduling software so they can't have the appointment time we agreed on.

 

There were no updates to do in the app at the Play Store so I uninstalled the Square Appointment app and reinstalled it.  The recurring appointments showed up like magic.  But it happened again, and again.  I have now uninstalled and reinstalled the Square Appointment app three times.  I can't keep doing this, I'm about to switch to another scheduling software, please help me!

Why can i not see my recurring clients on my book? I can see them in my Google calendar.

Have you let our team know about this yet?
When you have a second, could you please reach out directly?

 

In the meantime, I've gone ahead and escalated this thread to our Appointments team so they can take a look.

The same things is happening to me, and I've already booked over many of the missing appointments. I will have to change scheduling software as well if this can't be fixed.

This definitely doesn't sound right - have you gotten in touch with our team yet, @CobaltHairNails + @Dmbt?
