My option to ship and purchase shipping label in Order detail is gone! Help!

I've been shipping orders this week with the ability to ship and option to purchase a shipping label from the order detail page, but today it disappeared and my only option on the order page is to mark "In progress" or view transaction details. My account has not changed and this happened once before but then the next day I got the option to ship again. Help! Why is this happening Square?

Hey there @tfarman. Did the option ever show up again like you mentioned that it had before? Makes me wonder what type of internet browser you're using. If you're using Google Chrome and are still experiencing this issue, you'll want to get in touch with the Weebly Support team so they can check into this more in depth with you.
