My computer and phone aren't communicating with each other

It appears that when I registered using my friend's code on my phone and entered in all of my information, that it didn't transfer over to the website on my computer. When I logged in on my computer, it asked for all of the information I had just registered such as my bank info, etc. How can I ensure that they are communicating with each other?

Hi @mfluckiger - Sorry you're having this problem setting up your account!

 

You should give our Support Team a call since this is an account specific information. Make sure you go through completing activation on at least one account so you can have a Customer Code for when you call in.
