Hi everyone, I am new to Square for the past 4 days I am trying to publish the 'Square online website it redirects me to 'weebly' I finished everything on there and when I press publish, all it does is showing me 'Please wait while we publish your site' I waited 2 hours and nothing. Every day for the past 3 days I am trying to publish and the same thing happens. The screen is just endlessly loading. I tried logging out and back in again and its always the same.
The second problem I am having, my book button on Instagram doesn't let anyone book an appointment. Once they choose a service put their credit card details and press 'book an appointment' screen goes white and nothing happens. Different people tried and same thing happens for each of them.
Please can someone give me an advise on how to fix those 2 problems.

Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble.
As your domain is not published, it's hard for us to troubleshoot here in the Community as we don't have access to your account.
Is your booking site connected to the site that we're trying to publish? It may be related to that but if not, you can share a link to your Instagram here or to me via private message and I can look into it.
For the first question, I would recommend contacting our support team today so that we can try and get this resolved before the weekend.

Square Website
log into your SQUARE dashboard on square in the browser.
scroll down on the left until you find online
click this and you should get an offer to set up a free square site linked to your appointments.
When you use square they will give you a Free online linked with retail site with one address and a free appointments online
you need at least 4 services for online to be published
Things can get very complicated once you start this process - Before you start anything ! make sure that your business is going to be more appointment than product - if your business expands youโll have to decide which you might want to โupgradeโ and this can be costly.
If you want people to be able to book through your meta and google calendar โฆ.and for everything to sync across everything - then you need to get appointments site up and running and youโll need to upgrade that package.
Things arenโt the same as they were a while ago when you link with meta.
Go to your main page instagram
Go to the down arrow in the grey boxes far right and see if book now appears in a drop down menu.
Click book now - do you get a cloud with a โZโ in?
If so then you need to create a reel and then add the service into the reel
Youโll need to publish your site for instagram to be able to link with a service and this again can take a while. You might want to go to your meta business suite to see how that looks with your meta pixels.
Instagram shops with Square is not currently available in the UK (it was) they probably will be but meta wants you to process your payments through them at 6% - not Squareโs lower %.

I hope this makes sense. If you have a link to your website I can check it out and your socialsโฆ Our shop does not appear in our main instagram page - however when we post reels and tag a product our shop comes up when a viewer clicks the little product button at the bottom of the real.
We do have 2 locations too - one is booking and one is retail - as I said it gets very complicated
