My appointment reminders aren't going out?

Hi @Shanimage. Sorry to hear about the trouble! I have a couple suggestions, but this is probably something we'll need to work with you one-on-one since it's so account specific. Have you double checked your Communications Settings? It's possible that they may need to be twicked a little! Also, if you are scheduling your own appoinments outside the booking tool, you'll want to make sure that you select the notification option you'd like on the confirmation screen.
