My Square terminal disconnects from my EE mobile dongle every evening
My square terminal has happily connected to our EE mobile dongle previously, but in order to connect recently I have had to factory reset the terminal and then connect. However each morning the EE connection has been 'forgotten'. Help!

Sorry to hear you're running into this @marion2! When you mentioned the network has been 'forgotten' - does the WiFi bar appear as connected but the Terminal still show network connection message, or does the network disappear from the list?
Aside from doing a factory reset, have you try:
- Just restarting the Terminal by holding down the power button and selecting Restart
- Forgetting the network from the list, turn off WiFi before re-enable and connect to the network again
If you've tried these steps and it still doesn't help, the best thing is to contact our Support team directly. They will be able to run through additional troubleshooting steps with you to and help investigate this further.
