Modifiers are not visible to customers accessing webstore on mobile device

I added modifiers to an event registration page so guests can add "extras" at the time of booking. The modifiers are visible in our customer-facing webstore when accessed via a desktop computer.  The modifiers are NOT visible in our customer-facing webstore when accessed via a mobile device (e.g. phone, tablet). HELP!!!

 

I am thinking this is a square glitch, not a back end issue because the modifiers can be viewed and selected, just not on all devices.

Hi Sayra,

Web address to the site is: https://www.essexmark.co.uk/

Product we are having an issue with is: https://www.essexmark.co.uk/store/p1284/Bonus_Ball_150.html

Modifier is "Wednesday Number / Saturday Number (e.g. 34/12)*

It appears on the desktop version of the product page (Image 1)

But not on the mobile version of the product page (Image 2)

After escalating your case to our Square Online specialist, it was determined that you are currently using an older theme that does not support the mobile version of the site. This specific theme does not display text modifiers on mobile devices. To resolve this, we highly recommend updating your theme to one of our newer responsive options. Please note that we no longer provide support for these outdated themes.

Do you mean a mobile theme (Papermill, Taste, Typeography, Pedestal etc) or a site Theme (Lovseat, Urbandine, Modus Operandi etc). 

I have tried changing to Papermill and that still seems to have the same problem. Is this not one of the new (responsive) themes?
