We use four I-pads and they all seem to be working but one. It accepts the card but it does not show up in the deposit.

Hey there! Welcome to the Community. We're not able to look and see into your account specifics here due to the public nature of this forum.
You'll want to make sure you are running iOS 12.3.1 and Square App version 5.16, which is the most recent version of both.
You'll also want to sign out of the app and back in to make sure you are are under one location. If these don't solve the issue, let us know so we can have our Customer Success team look further into this for you.
