Menu items from Square are not importing into the online store Item Library.
In the bottom right corner it says 'we are syncing your item catalog' but nothing happens.

1. How long has the syncing issue been going on?
2. What kind of internet browser are you using?

Justin chiming in here 👋 Can you switch to Google Chrome? It's the most compatible with our sites. Sometimes, Sellers have issues importing using Safari.

It only lets me import 3 items from the spreadsheet. It has been going on for 2 days. I am using Chrome

If this issue persists, your best bet will be to reach out to our support team so they can point you in the right direction or escalate this issue if necessary. Please call us at 855-700-6000 between 6 am - 6 pm Pacific Time Monday - Friday. If you call outside of these hours, you will need to enter your Customer Code to validate your account.

Was this issue ever resolved. I am having what appears to be the same issue. I have added over 30 items in Square. The items show up in the Online Order page in site design, but nothing show up in the Featured Items page on my main page. I get this...
Obviously, something is not right here. Any help appreciated.
