Manually entering non-square gift card - gift card number not recognized
Hello all
A few weeks back I worked with Square support to load the remainder of some previous clover gift card numbers and remaining balance. The process was completed and my bad I did not verify. Anyway when we go to manually entry of gift card number for one of the cards, it is not being recognized. We can enter the digits but cannot get past that point.
No error is returned just card number turns red.
Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to help with account specific issues on the community since it’s a public forum and mostly sellers helping sellers — so you would need to call back into Customer Success team and they should be able to help you.
