Loyalty Program: Credit card transactions not earning stars

Hello, 

 

The loyalty program was working as we wanted when we implemented it yesterday. However, halfway throught the business day today the credit card transactions stopped earning stars. It won't prompt new customers to enter the program, and won't add starts to old customers who were part of the program. This is only for credit card transactions. 

 

Cash transactions for some reason are working correctly and customers are prompted to enter the loyalty program.

We believe that credit card transactions between 9:30AM and 1:30PM PDT may not have earned loyalty stars. Our engineers were able to resolve this and you should see things back to normal now. 

If you need to - you can adjust your customer's stars manually

  • Tap Customers.
  • Search for your customer by name or phone number.
  • Tap Edit next to their Loyalty status.
  • Adjust stars using the + or - signs.
  • Tap Save.
