Trying to update my biz logo through the Locations link, and the active upload doesn't work?

If you're still having trouble uploading your logo @JChrisBlades, please go through the Square Dashboard troubleshooting steps. These steps should help!
I also recommend switching to another browser like Google Chrome. If you're already using Chrome, please clear your browsing history and make sure you're using the most up to date version!
Keep in mind as well that your logo should be:
- A PNG, GIF, or JPG file.
- Square in dimension – between 280 × 280 pixels and 1000 × 1000 pixels
If you're still not able to upload your logo go ahead and contact Support directly. They'll be able help you out!

Thank you so much. I believe it was a browser issue. I use Safari and I guess I don't have the most recent version. I just tried Chrome and it worked fine. A bit weird but there it is. Again, thanks for taking the time to respond. Cheers, Chris
