Kitchen printer not printing online orders all of the sudden
Two days ago I noticed that our tickets were printing in a slightly different format and then we discovered that not all of the online orders or QR code orders were printing to the kitchen printer. Orders are printing to the register/front printer, but food orders are not printing. I have double and triple checked that the settings for the printer are correct; they are set to print online orders and the correct categories. What changed two days ago to mess this up? Is anyone else having this issue?
