Item Not-Available

When people are checking out on my site the item says "non-available" in the blue box where there is usually the price, I have never had this happen before, how do I fix it?

@RMAAZ You'll need to go to your online store and find the item that people are saying says its not available. Click the item and you should see 3 options (Visisble- Hidden- Unavailable) Make sure the visible option is selected. And save!

I have tried all suggested setting adjustments to allow buyers to add items to the cart for purchase. It still shows Out of Stock. Stock tracking is on and there are quantities for all items. Please help

I had this problem and after posting on here it still took me some time to figure out the problem. When I did finally fix it, it was like one of those ’lightbulb’  moments. Like duh, of course. My current problem is I can’t remember what I did to fix it. It seems maybe it was my fulfillment method, maybe?  When I can get to my computer and do some poking around on my dashboard I will see if I can figure it out and let you know. Hopefully later this evening.

So I logged in and I'm fairly certain that what solved my particular problem was that I did not have a fulfillment method setup.  Since most of my online sales are shipped by USPS, I had to actually go into "Fulfillment" and setup USPS for my shipping.  Once I did that I have never had that "out of stock" problem again.  Aside from that I think the only other things to check are that the item is marked as "visible", and that you have an adequate number of items in your inventory.  Again, those weren't my problem though.  It was that fulfillment issue.  I really hope you can get it sorted out.

Hi! I am having the same issue. I am trying to build my website and when I test it out it says "NaN." I have tried everything. My items are visible, they have stock, and the fulfillment is marked and it is still showing "NaN" on my site.

Do you have your fulfillment method setup? That was my problem. I setup USPS as my shipping and it resolved the problem.

This non available bs is happening all over my store too. I see that everything is marked visible. I never had to have an inventory number listed before but for the sake of what the community has said here I went ahead and added "stock" amounts. I saved, republished and checked on the site separate from login and still not available and the dreaded $NaN. Do you have your fulfillment method setup? That was my problem. I setup USPS as my shipping and it resolved the problem.

The Square Support did say that my shipping set up was not done. But I am a consultant. So we fixed it by my changing the category from physical to Other. Now it works.

I had this happen and the problem was that my PO Box was no longer allowed as a shipping address.

It was fine when I set up the shop years ago, but when everything in my shop went unavailable all at once, I had to put in a verifiable address, and then all my items went back to prices and available.
