Is there another way to get a refund if my Seller declines my refund?

I was just wondering because if I were to buy, I would like to know in advance if the refunding process was guaranteed because my seller seems weird and may be a scammer.

Hey there @bradytrann.  Customers can’t decline refunds.  They are sent to their original payment card automatically, with no intervention on their part.
