Invoice paid 3 days ago but money never arrived
A customer paid an invoice 3 days ago on a Thursday evening. Usually, after an invoice is paid, Square sends me an email to let me know and the money arrives shortly after in my bank account. However, this time I got no notification from Square and the money was never transferred to my bank account. The invoice shows as paid in my dashboard. Is there a number I can call to get help?

Sorry to hear you haven't received your transfer.
I'm assuming you're set-up for automatic transfers to your bank? Have you signed on to your dashboard to check your balance or initiated a manual transfer?
I found an article that might help you locate your deposit. If that doesn't work, there is a link at the bottom to contact support and it will show you a phone number that you can call directly. I hope that helps!
