Inventory says "all variations sold out" when that is definitely not the case

I've just setup inventory tracking for the first time. I have about 12 variations of one item. I performed a "stock receive" action for all of them (20 stock each) except one (kept at 0).  On the Item Library, it now indicates all variations as being sold out. It's not just a visual bug because the POS app on my phone reflects the same issue, says all variations are sold out:

If I add stock to the one that was at 0, it updates to look accurate on the Item Library, but that's actually a visual bug. The app still says everything is sold out. Upon hard refreshing it goes back to showing all variations sold out, even when now everything has stock (I definitely saved the update).

 

I'm hoping it's just something I don't understand on my end.

Hey @sscssc I appreciate you reaching out and bringing this to my attention and I am happy to investigate further what is going on with your inventory. I would like to get more information to better assist and resolve this. Are you using the Retail app or point of sale app? On which device? Have you tried signing out and back in, also deleting and reinstalling the app?
