Instant transfer not working

I try to transfer my balance to an exterior account it says instant transfer not available and I know there's a minimum of $25 you got to do for it instant so I'm trying to do a regular transfer but it still comes up as instant transfer not available  please help

There are a few other factors, outside of the transfer limits, which could be currently impacting your ability to initiate an instant transfer. 

I would recommend reviewing this troubleshooting guide as a first step to ensure none of these applies in your case. As a quick guide, I've included a list of common reasons instant or same-day transfers may fail below:

1. You haven’t linked a bank account to Square, or your bank account hasn’t been completely verified. You can link a bank account or check your verification status from your online dashboard.
2. Your current balance is below the minimum amount (after fees): $25 for instant transfers and $1 for same-day transfers.
3. You have at least one single transaction greater than $10,000. Square cannot send transactions greater than $10,000 via instant transfers or same-day transfers.
4. You’re new to Square and you’ve already sent one instant transfer of up to $2000 today.
5. Your transfer may have been impacted as a result of a regular account review. We periodically review accounts to ensure customer security. Instant transfer will become available when this review has been completed.
