Incorrect items on team members Devices

Hi, i help run a non profit group that takes in funds for weekly events that goes back into the society to keep itself funded. Recently I took over payments and setup square with a contactless reader. At first I had setup 2 location and items but I didn't like the reporting issues it caused by having 2 different locations (having team switch back and forth) to see what transactions took place (multiply volunteer).

 

So I deactivated 1 location, and deleted all items to both location recreated the items (~12) on one location I had set to physical and assign team permissions to that one locations. 

 

Only I the owner see all the correct items and team members only see the old list and unable to select the correct location (stuck on the one I deactivated)

Thank you for reaching out in the Community! 

 

Whenever you look in your Item Library - do you see each item has the location name or does it say "No Location"?

 

They would only show up in yours. 

 

Take a look and let me know if that doesn't do the trick.
