Import orders from previous website

I am getting ready to switch from old website to square.  We still have some unfulfilled orders on the old website (products in the process of being made).  I would LOVE to be able to transfer those orders over to Square so customers can continue to monitor the status of their order after I redirect the webname. I found where I could enter an order, but it does not allow me to enter the shipping cost, and I'm not certain if I am able to enter it in a way to indicate that it is already paid.  Is there a way to do this?

The issue is that if you add another order and show it is Paid for from another site etc, Square and your previous site will both Show this as income.  Since the Transaction was started through one site and now your trying to still show it on another sites Reports ( I know just to keep Customer informed).  Only things I have thought of was, do not switch to Square till all these orders are filled, or Export the data from the old site and manually update the customers through email as to the progress and any tracking number etc.  Square started out as just a way for taking Credit Cards and keeps adding features, this might be one that needs to be added for people coming from other Webhosts that have items that take time to fulfill.
