I want to update my shops image that shows up when I text someone

I just updated my shop. But when I sent someone the link it was still the older image.

Hi Traviswsmith,

There are multiple reasons that cause the issue you're concerned with.  Currently as per this site, Square is experiencing some "Online" issues which may be the root cause.   From experience, this is the go to place when you think you're experiencing a Square related concern.   Other reasons for not seeing changes - it's not 100% everywhere instantly as they can take time to filter through the network, various ISPs routers and the rest of internet in general.

Hi @traviswsmith! First, I see this is your first post in the community, so I would like to welcome you! 

Going off of what @JK_Fiber_Art has said, sometimes it can take a bit of time to update in the system. Just for some clarification, is the old image still showing as of today? If so, I will definitely take a deeper look into this.
