How can I disable multiple rewards for online store?

Hello,

 

Is there a way to disable the ability for customers to use multiple rewards on the online store? Specifically, customers are able to use both loyalty rewards AND coupon codes. I can't figure out how to prevent this. Thanks!

Hey @CigarArt. Welcome to the Seller Community!

 

To make sure that your customers aren't using both coupons and loyalty rewards, you'll want to delete any coupons you might have made so that just Loyalty is being used on its own.

I am also looking for a resolution on this same issue. From a post I made earlier in 2023:

I love that this is an option, but I would also like it to be an option to disable this as I give out percent off perks when a customer reaches a certain number of points, and currently if they have enough saved up, they can both use the 10% off (using 250 points) as well as 20% off (using up 500 points) on the same transaction.

Also, I'm unable to disable the ability for a customer to use both a loyalty discount on their online order when they are already also using a coupon code. I would also like to be able to disable the use of the loyalty discount on certain items (consignment items and sale/clearance items).
