I need help with the update to Invoices in the Point of Sale app

I noticed the invoice format changed recently, but now when I put an item into the box, it can't find anything! All my items are under the item tab on the left, and I can search through those without a problem, but I can't add them to my invoice??

 

It works fine on my phone though, but I can't put a discount on an invoice on my phone?? Please smooth these bugs out!

First thing to do is make sure you are on the latest app version.  If you have more than one store in your account make sure you're on the right store.

 

Another way to create an invoice is to ring a sale and then on the charge screen scroll to the bottom and select invoice.

 

You can add discounts to your invoice but you do that by using the add item button and then select your discount from the list.  Again it is easier to ring the sale apply the customer, discount etc. and then select Invoice as a type of payment at the end.
