I just created an email to all my customers and it says MALWARE AND PHISHING this site is blocked

I am one of those customers who had weebly before square took over, and my site has been having a ton of random issues for my customers lately, and weird issues like this one here. Why is it saying my website is not safe to shop?! I am panicking , any feedback would be appreciated!

My customers also have been having issues with check out and their payments have to be tried 3 or 4 times before the website will take the information 

I also got an order thru my website however it did not show up on my orders page, it ONLY showed up in the paypal app! 

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on, I also pay for the highest services, please help before I jump the ship and try a new website platform
