I am trying to set up an email sender profile for my website, when I fill in all my information and save my profile everything seems to be fine but I'm not getting a verification email in my inbox. I've tried basically everything I can think of to fix this including reentering all my information on my sender profile multiple times, using different email addresses, refreshing my inbox, checking for grammatical errors, resending the verification email, checking my spam box etc. but none of this has worked. Please help, this has been very frustrating.

Have you talked to support? I called them today and they were basically no help at all, they said to just wait and see if the verification comes in by tomorrow, and to call them again if it doesn't.

If any of you are yet to receive the verification email, I suggest you get in touch with your email provider after confirming that it isn't in spam and that the email is entered correctly. They will be the ones to tell you why the email is not being delivered.
The only thing that we can suggest on our end is either to continue trying to resent the verification or change the email and test if another email address (preferably from a different provider) will receive the verification.
