I have a tap to pay purchase and did not receive. My funds says that payment went through. But my ac

Add a customer pay with tap To pay and the funds are not transferred to my account.My count bounces negative Fifty three cents But it says the transfer was made Where's my money?How do I receive it

Since I see this is your first post welcome to the Square community.

 

A few things with your account going to -.53 cents

Your not saying which account... A Square checking account, You Square Received Balance Account, or an outside checking account.

You also have not stated when this Tap to pay was made, and when you are expecting the Transfer of money.

 

So my reply will be a general one.

Payments to you for goods or services are normally transfered to your account (outside of Square) the next business day.  I found out that my Friday Transfer did not happen Saturday because of the Microsoft crash.  Square Transferred my money but my bank is not showing it yet.

Once you take a payment and it goes through your Square sales Transactions and Square Balance should show an in crease by the sale amount possibly less any square fees.  So if you sold an item for $100 the transfer may be only $97 and change.

 

Square sales on a Saturday and Sunday go into my account outside of Square on Mondays.  

If you goto your Square Dashboard on a computer to the Home Screen, you should see a Blue box at the to of the page that says Transfer Now with a $ amount.   I never tried this way since I can usually wait till the next business day for all my funds instead of paying the Instant Transfer fee.

If you want to see that the Transaction did actually go through and that you will get a deposit from Square, you can check your Transaction history here : https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions  just select the date of the Transaction.

It is my square card PO. S checking account. I guess I'm not sure exactly and it was this morning at like 4 AM. In my transaction history, it says that big balance is $47 and some change.  But it's not showing up on my balance.Just the minus fifty three cents is. I don't have it linke to any other account for banking transfers or anything like that.

How do I get to the dashboard that you were talking about with the blue box

I do not have a Square Bank account or debit card.  All My transactions get transferred at the end of the day to my Business Checking account.  Now for me my balance of sales each day increases, then the next morning I come in and my Balance is $0.00.  I never had it go to a negative amount but that could be because you are using it as a banking account too.  

 

Here is how to check your Square Checking account : 6773-square-card-guide 

Again I am not sure how to do this since I have my accounts outside of Square.  Just remember that Squre take out their fee from Sales before the amount is deposited to your account.
