I have a square reader and I haven't been able to swipe cards the reader. I have entered cards manua

I had to enter each card manually and I'm being charged more per transaction??

Hey @wcarol9828, sorry to hear about the trouble swiping cards. 😕

 

Which reader are you having trouble with? If it's the magstripe reader, please give Sean's suggestions a try. Those tips usually resolve any issue right away.
