I had 116 on my account now it says 00 what I need to do

Hello I had one hundred dollars 16 dollars in my account now it says zero and no sales what do I need to do get my money back in my account

Hi Kenspinpaint,

 

Sorry to hear about your issue.  Your best course of action is to contact Customer Support for assistance.  As the Community is not the same as Customer Support or Tech Support, you need to have a rep take a look at your Square Account setup.

Welcome to the Square Community since I see this is your first post.

 

A little more information might be needed.

 

Yesterday did you have the $116.00 showing in your Balance?

And then Today when you looked you had 0 sales and a Balance of $0.00?

 

This happens daily for me since I have my Square Funds automatically deposited Nightly from Square to my Bank.  So my Square Balance goes to Zero and then the deposit is in My bank account.  Except on Saturday and Sundays or bank holidays like Yesterday Monday 10/9/2023.  

 

So do you have you account with Square setup to do nightly deposits automatically?

Do you use Square Checking or a Square Debit card at all?

 

You can also check and see in balance Transfers if there was a Transfer from Square to your bank.
