I can't "x" out of the ad that pops up for "Free Payroll for a Year" whenever I open the Payroll Tab

Is anyone else having this problem with the Free Payroll for a Year promotional ad that pops up when you click on the payroll tab? I can't "x" out, so I can't access payroll.

I'm sorry to hear this is happening @ThreeAmigos - it sounds really frustratuing! We haven't heard other reports of this issue yet. Can you try to clear your browsing history, and check that your browser is up to date? Or, as a temporary fix you could try accessing your Payroll Dashboard from a different browser, e.g. if you're using Safari switch to Chrome.

If you're still seeing this pop up can you take a screenshot and share it here? It would also be great if you could let me know what browser and what browser version you're using too. With that I can investigate further!

I am using Chrome 72 browser. i just restarted my computer to see if that would help, and it didn't. Absolutely, have to run payroll today. Please help!

@ThreeAmigos I'm sorry, I didn't see your message yesterday! I see that you were able to call our CS team and they were able to help you close the pop up. Apologies again for all the trouble this caused.
