I use square at craft shows. I do not want my location/address on the receipts. how do I remove my personal address?

From your computer's Dashboard, click on Account & Settings, then Business, then Receipt. Scroll down the the Receipt Information section, and you can delete your address there. It will no longer show up on the receipt.

Is your address also detailed in any of the other sections on the Receipts editing page?
If not- I would maybe test this on another browser and then reach out to our CS team if still no luck.

I did that and went and turned off show location. I did a test print and it is still showing my address on my receipt. I did try to go into edit details (top right of pictures) and it would not let me have no address. What am I doing wrong? Thank you!

I would like to emphasize this and push the support to please help us find a solution to this. I am having the same issue. I already tried to remove it as suggested above but it's still showing up on email receipts folks get, same issue. It is such an unnecessary breach of privacy. Square, please address this. Thank you.
Yes, i did see it and as i mentioned, i followed all those steps. However, I found the real issue. It's in the "sender's profile" that your address still shows up. Even when you tick the tab that says not to display the address on your receipt, the sender's profile still is at the bottom of every email.

Right, I saw that. She also mentioned reaching out to CS Team if you're still having issues after troubleshooting. They have visibility into your account settings specifically which allows them to pinpoint the root issue and fix it.

I am having the same issue and it is frustrating. I have tried to edit on the receipt tab however, my settings are already set to "Mobile Business". I even updated my address to my PO Box and my physical address still shows up on email receipts for my customers.
We would love to take a look into this for you, @swak25. It looks like those who followed the above steps with no success were able to get this solved by reaching out to our Support Team directly.

Thank you. I did reach out to the Support Team. They referred me to Weebly/Square Online to change the address. My issue was resolved.

how do i remove my phone number from it? I already took out the email

You can remove the phone number from your receipts by removing it from the location. Log in and click here, then select the location you'd like the phone number removed from and delete the phone number from Contact Information.

Hi... I work from my home. Square sends my clients an email receipt for each transaction. Square has been including an actual MAP to my home/business address on those emailed receipts. I feel that is a very unsafe practice for me & my child. I need to know HOW CAN I CORRECT MY SETTINGS SO THERE IS NO MAP OR PHYSICAL ADDRESS SHOWN ON MY EMAILED RECEIPTS??!! (HELP PLEASE!) THANK YOU

See @GlassJudy's post above on how to check your receipt settings.
You can toggle off the option to show your location there!

I have an online store but no physical storefront. I entered my home address to set up my account. After getting everything set up, I notice that any correspondence to customers (order confirmation emails, abandoned cart emails, etc.) displays my home address. I would like the option to hide this. I don't understand why an online store platform requires this information to be sent to customers, as it is technically a mobile business.
