How do I pull up lost Gift Card Information

I have sold a couple Egift cards for my business. I was under the impression that I would be able to pull up those gift cards via the customers email address. I CAN'T!!! I have a customer that purchased a gift card and cant find the email with card number. Its a 50 dollar purchase too. I know the sale went through. I just need to know how to pull up the gift card number!

Charge eGift Card on File

Add items to your cart or a enter a custom amount.
Tap Charge > Credit and Gift Cards on File.
Select a customer with a gift card on file or search by email or phone number > tap Charge to select a payment card for the transaction..
Complete the payment flow.

Link Via Email

An eGift Card is added as a Gift Card on File on the recipient’s profile once the eGift Card is successfully delivered via their email. If a customer profile has not been previously created then the card is searchable via email.
