How do I print online orders after a certain time?

We have a coffee shop with two buildings and 2 printers in each building and one square register in each building .

Building A is for in person orders only for drinks only. 1 register w/ usb cash drawer and printer for coffee orders and receipts. 2nd printer is right next to the espresso machine for tickets for espresso drinks.

Building B has its own register w/cash drawer and printer for ONLINE COFFEE/espresso drinks only. 2nd printer is for the kitchen which receives ALL FOOD from online or in-person from Building A.

My questions is that we need to find a way that on Monday’s and tuesdays after 2PM that all ONLINE COFFEE/espresso orders that would normally print at the building B printer would turn off and print instead at building A’s printers 1&2 depending on which category they fall in (coffee or espresso)

I don't believe there is a way to do this automatically at this time, unfortunately.

The only workaround I can think of is to lean heavily into your use of the printer profiles. You can create multiple profiles and manually assign printers to them at any time. If you set 2 profiles for both your building A printers, one for before 2 and one for after 2, you could then point your building A printers at the right profile after 2. Personally, I'd probably just leave building B's online printer alone: you'll have a bunch of tickets hanging off the printer the next day but other than that it won't hurt anything.
