How do I get a credit card transaction to stop if it keeps trying to find a network and cannot?
Our wifi system at our facility is not concisistan and goes in and out. If I am running a credit card and it cannot get into our wifi, how can I stop the transaction so it does not continue to think forever? And be able to ring up a cash or check transaction?

Hey @AQMsales, welcome to the seller community!
Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been running into with your network connection.😕 If you're accepting a card payment and the app is trying to process it, you'll need to wait until the payment completes or you receive an error message. If this continues to happen, you might consider enabling Offline Mode for accepting payments, which will kick in automatically once the app detects that there isn't a sufficient connection. You'll just need to make sure the device you're using to accept offline payments connects with the internet within 72 hours and your payments will upload at that time.
Learn more about getting set up with Offline Mode in our Support Center: Process Payments with Offline Mode
If you'd like to have a team member have a closer look at any payments, please get in touch directly. Hope this helps get you in the right direction, and let us know if anything else comes up!
