How do I contact a customer if their email isn't working?

Hello, I need to send a customer their online video that they purchased but their email isn't working. Is there a way to send them a private message?

If purchased though your online store you should have there phone number.  If you don't have there information Square would not be able to provide it.

@RHatch is right, we are unable to share customer info. with sellers (we also are unable to share your info. with one of your customers). We can, however, contact a customer on your behalf. 

My only concern here is that if they entered the wrong email when ordering, that may be the only email we have as well. Still, go ahead and navigate to our contact page. Sign in, browse the topics, and click "I still need help" so you can send us an email for more help.
