Hello! I own a flower delivery service and I’ve only been able to add one delivery fee on all delivery locations. I need help on navigating on how to add different delivery amounts for fees in farther locations.

Hi @MaryluFabela24. Before I go into this, I’m wondering if this is a question for you Online Store, or are you referring to orders placed in your bricks-and-mortar operation?
Thanks,

Hey there MaryluFabela24,
Have you considered simply increasing your item prices -- it may be in your best interest for your customers - customers really don't like seeing extra charges and/or fees - all they care about is the bottom line - if you price your item / product costs that work for all delivery locations (yep, raise your item / product costs) it will work. Keep in mind that some deliveries will just break even while other deliveries may make you more $$$ - if you look at the long term on deliveries and costs - I don't think you will loose. From our personal experiences, we charge the same amount regardless of where we are shipping - seriously, it's never been an issue as our customers only care on the bottom line - it's simple and works for us. Just a thought of course.
