I keep getting an error message every time i was to access my customers feedback left after a purchase. It keeps saying there's a problem on square's end, is anyone else having this issue.

Sorry to hear you're receiving an error message.
If customers have left you feedback, you will be able to see it from the Feedback section of your online Square Dashboard.
To view Feedback:
Visit Customers in your online Square Dashboard.
Click Feedback.
Use the filters to narrow your feedback search or select All Feedback.
Click a feedback thread to view your customer’s comments.
If you are still receiving an error message, I'd suggest making sure your browser is up to date and clearing the cache on your browser. Also ensure you are using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome.
