Hi- we had 3 tickets that were closed out last night reappear this morning. Does anyone have any insights on this? or was it just a software glitch?

@kringos That sounds strange. Were you able to see the completed payment for each ticket from the Transactions section of the app? Is there a chance that the tickets that reappeared could be duplicates?
I recommend force closing and reopening the app, restart your device and then check for an updates from the App Store or Google Play Store. If needed you can call our CS team who can escalate this to our engineering team to investigate further.
