Experiencing issues with Point of Sale app

Still having the same issues as before... tried all of this multiple times.

Hi @Smokinbowlsfood, I moved your comment to be in it's own thread so that we can most effectively troubleshoot. What kinds of issues are you experiencing? Are you using an iPad and a Square Stand?

Yes. We are using an ipad air and square stand...connectivity issues with reader and printer constantly...it continues to tell us it is offline or no reader or no printer

What version iOS are you opeating?

 

Have you updated the actual Square Application lately?  There was one within the last couple of days?

 

After the whole iOS11 issue, there is a lingering problem with the Chip Reader not connecting - although Square has not officially recognized this as an piority issue - it seems the best thing is to change the power cable and connect via bluetooth only (power from independent source, not register).
