Hey,all! I had a customer order an item and once she picked up I tried to clear from the “orders” tap in the square app and it continues to give me an error. I can’t cancel the item, I can’t remove it in way. Any advice or guidance!?

Hello @tiffany1387 !
Have you tried removing the order from the Dashboard? The order may be "stuck" on the app. I've seen this happen once in a great while before, and usually clearing it from the Dashboard or another device clears it up.
If the order remains on your app after, I recommend logging out of the app, making sure the app and device's OS is fully updated, a restart of the device, then log back in. That will force the app to sync with Square and get you the correct info.

Hi, Ryan! I appreciate you taking the time to try and help me! Unfortunately the order was made via invoice not an online purchase so I’m not able to access the order from the website/dashboard. I have logged out as well as removed and re-installed the app with no luck. I’m not sure why it’s this order only but it will not remove from my orders tab in my square app.

You mentioned this order originated from a Square Invoice. Is the Invoice partially paid or fully paid? I'm wondering if this could possibly have something to do with it 🤔
