Drink / Food Receipt Too Much Top Margin Empty Space

Does anyone have problems with the top margins being excessively tall when printing drinks and food receipts? The top margin is fine when I print a bill. Theres about 1.5 inch of empty space at the top.

Hey! I'm not sure that I've heard about this issue before. To take a closer look, would you be able to post a photo of one of your receipts?

So this top margin is used to hang your receipt on a receipt hanger that utilizes that extra receipt paper to grab onto. Annoying cause the paper is expensive but there for a real reason.
