Hi yall,
Can anyone help me connect the doordash tablet to the Bluetooth/Ethernet/USB Receipt Printer?
The doordash support is telling me to buy a star 100iii.
The Bluetooth/ethernet/usb receipt printer is printing out everything except the doordash orders.
I really need help with connecting them, or I have to refund the square printer.

Since these are integrated products we are limited in the troubleshooting we can provide. I had a look and found the following information 'Your orders will not print if you are using an unsupported printer model. Learn more about setting up your printer.'
It looks like the Star Micronics Bluetooth/Ethernet/USB Receipt Printer is not currently supported. However, I would recommend confirming this with the DoorDash team.
