I have been requesting a call back from Weebly for more than a month to address duplicate charges to my account that cannot be resolved by a bot. Does anyone get return calls anymore? I have called, emailed, left messages, etc with no response. How are duplicate charges resolved? Are bots to resolve these topics as well?
